General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales of products made on the Max&Enjoy website.

The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.

4. Order

Any order placed on the website implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Once the order is confirmed, the customer receives a confirmation email summarizing the order information.

Max&Enjoy reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in case of a dispute with the customer or a payment issue.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.

Payments can be made by the methods offered on the website (credit card, secure payment solutions).

Transactions are secured via the Shopify platform.

6. Delivery

Orders are shipped to France, the European Union, and internationally.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier.

Max&Enjoy cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers, customs services, or any event beyond its control.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

The return costs are borne by the customer.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with their tags.

8. Refund

Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be made to the payment method used during the order within 5 to 10 business days.

Initial shipping costs are not refundable.

9. Liability

Max&Enjoy cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product.

The information collected during orders is necessary for order processing and management.

11. Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
