Returns & Refunds

At Max&Enjoy, we want every item to bring you complete satisfaction.
However, if an item does not suit you, you may request a return under the conditions below.

Return Period

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to submit a return request.

After this period, we will unfortunately no longer be able to accept the return of your item.

Return Conditions

To be accepted, the item must be:

  • unworn

  • unwashed

  • in its original condition

  • with all original tags and packaging

Max&Enjoy reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Max&Enjoy cannot be held responsible for packages lost during return shipping.

Return Procedure

To make a return:

  1. Send a request to

  2. Indicate in your email:

  • your order number

  • the item(s) concerned

  1. Our team will provide you with the return address and instructions to follow.

Refunds

Once the package is received and inspected, we will process the refund for the returned item.

The refund will be issued to the payment method used during the order, typically within 5 to 10 business days.

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons or specific conditions, some items may not be eligible for return.
If applicable, this information will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Defective Item or Order Error

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at:
